- IVF injections: what they do, how many, side effects and cost
IVF injections are hormone medicines that help your ovaries grow several eggs at once, stop the eggs being released too early, and ripen them for collection. Usually you have daily stimulation injections for about 10 to 14 days, a second medicine that stops early release, then one trigger injection.
